About this test and who it's for

The Health360 test is a Ukrainian-localised version of two official clinical scales used by physicians worldwide: PHQ-9 (Patient Health Questionnaire) for depression severity and GAD-7 (Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale) for anxiety. Both instruments are validated, recommended by the WHO and DSM-5, and their diagnostic accuracy has been confirmed in dozens of peer-reviewed studies.

The test takes 5 minutes and consists of 16 questions about your well-being over the past two weeks. You receive: an automatic score for each scale, an interpretation (minimal / mild / moderate / severe), personalised recommendations, and a curated shortlist of 3 licensed psychologists from our platform who specialise in your concern.

All answers are confidential: we do not share them with third parties, do not use them for advertising, and the data is encrypted and stored in compliance with GDPR and the Ukrainian Personal Data Protection Act.

This test is a self-assessment tool. It does not replace a doctor's diagnosis.

Frequently asked questions

What is the PHQ-9 test?
PHQ-9 (Patient Health Questionnaire-9) is a validated 9-item clinical screening tool for measuring the severity of depression. Based on DSM diagnostic criteria, it is widely used in medical practice worldwide. PHQ-9 results help assess symptom severity and determine whether specialist consultation is needed.
What is the GAD-7 test?
GAD-7 (Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7-item scale) is a validated tool for assessing generalized anxiety disorder. It contains 7 questions about anxiety symptom frequency over the past two weeks. GAD-7 is recommended by the WHO and used in primary care for early detection of anxiety disorders.
Does the online test replace a doctor's consultation?
No. The PHQ-9 and GAD-7 online tests are self-assessment and screening tools, not medical diagnoses. They help identify signs of anxiety or depression and indicate whether specialist consultation is advisable. A final diagnosis can only be made by a qualified doctor or psychologist.
How much does the test cost?
The test is completely free. No registration or payment is required — you immediately receive your results and personalised recommendations for selecting a specialist. The first introductory consultation with a Health360 psychologist is also free (30 minutes).
Are my answers stored?
Yes, in encrypted form — so the doctor you contact has the context and you don't have to repeat yourself. Without authentication, results are anonymised and not linked to your identity. You can request data deletion at any time via support.
How long does the test take?
The full diagnostic assessment takes approximately 5 minutes. You answer questions from the PHQ-9 and GAD-7 tests, then receive a psychological profile and a list of recommended specialists — no registration required.
What if my test shows a severe level?
We will immediately offer a fast connection to an operator and match you with a psychologist who specialises in your concern. In a crisis — Lifeline Ukraine 7333 (free from mobile, 24/7). If there is a risk to life — call 102 or 103.
