A single support system for the institution

Which facilities we work with

  • multi-specialty hospitals;
  • primary health care centres and outpatient clinics;
  • private clinics and medical centres;
  • rehabilitation centres;
  • the most loaded departments: intensive care, emergency departments, neonatology, oncology.

Group sessions are planned around the shift schedule. If a medic cannot make the group, they can work with a psychologist individually, online, in their free time between shifts. A psychologist for medics has to understand what a night shift and a patient's death mean, so for such requests we choose specialists with crisis-work experience.

Burnout prevention for healthcare workers under the Ministry of Health guidelines

On 4 June 2025 the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved, by order No. 923, the Guidelines on preventing psycho-emotional burnout of healthcare workers. The document describes which forms of psychological support for healthcare workers should be used and separately addresses the employer's role: changing working conditions, training staff and providing psychosocial support.

Here is how the Health360 programme matches the recommended formats:

Format in the Ministry guidelinesWhat Health360 does
Psychoeducation on emotional self-regulation and stress managementGroup programmes «Emotional burnout» and «Restoring resources and motivation»
Support groups, intervision, trainingsGroup work: exercises and analysis of real situations from the department
Individual counselling and short-term psychotherapyConfidential consultations with a specialist matched to the request
Self-help programmes, training in self-regulation skillsSelf-regulation tools participants take away from every programme
Short-term interventions to reduce burnout symptomsThe «Psychological support during crisis events» programme and individual work

The anonymous report at the end of the programme shows the head that the facility runs prevention and which risks remain. More on the topic in the Ministry of Health section «Mental health of healthcare workers».

Two support formats in one programme

We tailor the content to the number of employees, the workload and the current challenges of each institution.

Group work

Hands-on work in a safe format: minimum theory, more exercises and analysis of real situations.

Individual support

Confidential online or offline sessions with a specialist matched to the employee's needs.

Leave a request — we'll send a presentation of the chosen programme and an estimate for your institution.

How we launch the programme

  1. Needs assessment: a conversation with the head and an anonymous staff survey.

  2. Plan: topics, formats and a schedule that does not break shifts.

  3. Group work and individual consultations for employees.

  4. An anonymous report for the head: what has changed and what to do next.

What healthcare workers gain

Employees:

  • Reduce tension and the risk of emotional burnout
  • Master tools for self-regulation and resource recovery
  • Get support in difficult professional and life situations
  • Strengthen resilience and the ability to work under prolonged load

The head:

  • an anonymous report showing burnout risks in the team;
  • confirmation that the facility runs burnout prevention;
  • a team that holds the workload longer. The psychological resilience of healthcare workers directly affects how many people stay in the profession.
